# Kids used to get their hands dirty by building mud pies, but these days there's an app for that - instead of good old fashioned fun.  Yoga can be a playground while at school.  

In our classes, pre-teens and teens, learn alternate nostril breathing, a great way to prepare the mind before a test. Yoga helps to improve confidence and foster a sense of happiness. We all seem to be lacking adequate sleep, and our teens are often hit the hardest.  Yoga can help to improve sleep, and deep relaxation is a part of our classes, helping teens learn to relax, the old fashioned way...without the distraction of cell phones,  video games and all the other electronics that keep the mind moving at 100 mph all the time.
